My dog, a german shepard and one of the friendliest dogs I've seen is pooping on my lawn which pisses my mom off. What should i do to train the dog to not poo on the lawn and poo in a certain place.

Why don't you just clean it up when she goes? Mom has probably had it with dog poop all over the yard.

Why don't you just get a bag and bag up the poop like you would at a dog park, and throw it away.. it works the best!

If it is your dog, It is supposed to poop and pee in your yard, not in someone elses. The only option is to take it for a walk. If you do that, you need to carry a poop bag with you. Noone else wants it in their yard either.

Thats perfectly normal for your dog to do that! You can pick up the poop and put it in a bag and throw it out. You have a well trained dog u just need to do ur part.

First, keep the entire yard clean of droppings, and take fresh droppings and put them in the area you WANT the dog to poop in. Keep removing old poop and replacing it with new poop, all the while keeping the rest of the yard picked up. The dog will eventually want to "return" to that area because of the scent.

Also, keep the yard rinsed well with water to avoid the lawn being burned too bad by urine.
