What do you think of Italian Greyhounds Im trying to decide on a dog2007-11-25 2:52:07

I need opinions, facts, whatever. Tell me about them.

Answers:

They are very energetic and hyper dogs. They need a lot of exercise and are extremely fragile. They love to jump and run around your home so if you don't have a big house, I wouldn't recommend one. They are good with older children and usually good with other dogs but don't trust them with cats or any other small animal. You should always supervise your Italian Greyhound as they are very fragile. Jumping from a table on to the ground could cause bone damage or injury. As they have very short, fine fur, they should be given a vest to wear out in the cold.

they are so cute. That was my third choice.
They are beautiful.

I have dobermans and they are the best!

Don't forget all dogs need lots of exercises!

Good luck! :)

Not to many people have ever heard of this type dog. My wife lived across the street from a woman that raised show dogs, Collie's and Italian Greyhounds, good combination. An I.G.

will weigh in at about 12 pounds when fully grown and are very easy to take care of. This is about all I know. You might search around the www.

They are basically fragile dogs! You need to provide more information for a true answer.

You need to tell us a little about your personality, household {kids? other pets?etc.}, if you want a cuddle bug or an exercise partner to jog with, someone to rough house with, or just a little princess sitting on a satin pillow.
