Answers:It mean Parents On Premise which means that they own both the mother and father of the puppy and you can look at them.
I think it means Parents of Premises, which is a good thing so you know what kind of parents they came from.
Generally means Parents on Premises, which just let's you know that both the dam and sire are at the breeders home. That can help a lot when trying to determine what the temperament of your pup will be - by seeing the temperament of the mum and dad.
It mean Parents On Premise = it means that they own both the mother and father of the puppy and you can look at them.
Parents on premises is NOT a good sign. It could be a sign of over-breeding/puppy mill behavior. Reputable breeders often contact other breeders for stud services. They also don't advertise in newspapers for the following reasons: 1. they rely on word of mouth, and don't need to advertise. 2. They are particular about who they let their puppies go home with. They want good homes, not just a quick $300.
