because of the recent recall we are worried because one of our dogs has bloody stool and there was a pool of blood in the kennel. please help.

You need to take the dog to the vet, it could be a number of things, including a bowel perferation or an infection.
If there was a pool of blood I would suggest running, not walking to the vet!
It could mean he has worms. take him to the vet and they can check for sure. and they just give him some medicine and it'll go away.

it could mean many different things. But the first thing i would do is take him/her to a vet's office to find out. If you believe it was caused by the recalled food then there is a certain bloodtest that the vet's office can do to check to see if the dogs organs are working as they should. some of the things that could be include worms, abcess of the anal glands, internal inflammation, etc...
