You need to take him to a vet - there's just no clear way around that. If he's in that much pain it's got to be either that or put him to sleep. Anything else is dangerous and cruel, you shouldn't play "homeopathic alchemist" at his expense.
If you don't take your dog to a vet, you're hurting him and he's being mistreated. You need to take him to the vet. He's your dog and he's in pain. Why would you let him be in pain?
