what food can i give my puppy i dont want to give him dog food becuase of the recall what hum food can i give him vegetables, grains, meats, frutes?

Buy organic meat where feed source is known, because there is contamination in some chickens in the human food source that were fed contaminated pet food or contaminated feed for livestock.

Majority of meat source: Chicken, Turkey

Occasional: Beef, Lamb,

Avoid Salmon as over time it has been recently found to be toxic to dogs.

Veggie sources/etc: yellow squash, acorn squash, zucchini, peas, carrots, green beans, broccoli, kale (to name a few, though there are some veggies that are NOT good for dogs._

Starches: White potato, sweet potato, rice

Fruits: CRANBERRY, apple slices, banana slices ( I freeze them and feed them as treats)

A meal I make for my dogs is (and they weigh about 55 lbs)

1 cup chicken meat (raw measure)

1/4 cup veggies (one green and yellow each of the above listed, totally 1/4 cup combined)

1/4 cup slightly steamed frozen whole cranberries or fresh when available. Mashed and added in food. OR you can get a cranberry supplement and mash it and mix in their food.

Supplements they get: 3V Caps (skin formulation) with Omega 3, Vit A, D and E. (Cod Liver oil would do, Norwegian brand in a dark bottle, not cloudy and check exp. date, refrigerate, they'd get a tablespoon each)
