You want a pyrantal based wormer product so it treats hookworms too. You can buy one at a farm supply store or go to the vet and get some wormer paste. It should be less than $10. They will need it at least twice.

I have heard some vets prefer to wait until they are 6 weeks old to worm. That isn't wise in my opinion. A wormy puppy could die before that. If the vet won't treat them then go to another vet or order it online or visit a farm supply store.

You don't worm until 7 weeks. And the best stuff is what the vet gives you. Don't use the over the counter crap.
