You are going to cause this dog to really be scared of other dogs!!

I believe I would be finding another street to walk on.

I would try to have a faster reaction to be able to get my dog up in my arms faster.

Did you look at your dog to see if it were hurt?? Did you ask if that persons dog had its shots??

Keep the dog off that street.

By what you are saying here is that the dog don't come to your pup you take your pup to the dog. After the first time I would have taken a different route. I don't understand why you would put your puppy through this every time you take it for a walk. What you should do is to keep your puppy safe and not walk past the house of the dog that keeps attacking your dog..to me that would be a no-brain-er. I don't understand why you did this five times.

Some people are so irresponsible they shouldn't own dogs. And in case you're wondering, that's aimed at you as well as the other owner.

Report them to animal control. That dog needs to be registered as aggressive if it attacks unprovoked. I would tell the owner what you plan to do if she can not control her animal.

Also, take your dog a different way. Do not keep walking past this dog if you know it has problems. Pick your dog up and once you are out of the other dogs range let your dog down.
