What has been your experience with "VIP: Very Important Paws" of West Palm Beach, FL2007-11-25 2:52:16

Were the staff friendly? Did your puppies have a nice time? Did they come back thinner or fatter? How did you feel about the facilities, amount of play time, etc.?

Answers:

I live in Boca Raton, too, and never heard of the place, although I do know where Park Place is since there is a Harley or was a Harley Davidson dealer on Park Place. Not the best area, a but if I recall correctly, there is a park across the street.

It does look really nice. but I I noticed that there are no prices listed on the web site either, which makes me think that VIP is rather expensive.

Are you planning on using them for day care boarding or training?

If it were me, I would go and visit in person and without a prior phone call or or any notice to check out the facilities.

It seems to me that the place is pretty new, so I don't know how much help the BBB will be, but it's still worth calling them. Don't forget to read the contract that it has listed on its web site, too. Some of terms concern me.

1 I can't tell you 2 call the BBB to see if there any complaint on them they would know best. don't ever be afraid to ask around

Show up unannounced and ask for a tour. Their reaction should tell you all you need to know!
