i mean, lets say you do go ahead and operate on him for his tomach problem,. and he dies in the operating table, because of a complicqation, would you better of knowing that way. or even if he makes it through the surgery, and he is ok for a few months and then something else comes up.

i know it is a hard decision, but why make him suffer anymore.

WoW, that is so sad. I am so sorry to hear all of that. I would ask the vet if there is any other test to be sure if there is something wrong or not. If the dog is suffering and in pain and you love it as much as you seem to then you need to keep trying to find out what is going on. Even if that means going to another vet to get a second opinion. If there is anything that can be done it will be but if not then I am sure you will do what you can for your baby. I wish you all of the best and more. I hope all is well.

I'm sorry to hear about that. The best think an owner could do for his pet in this situation is let it go. Think about how much its suffering, let it go, it would be much better off.

Magy has the right idea. I'd spend money on the dog too until I knew it was time for me to let him go or "help" him go. I did this with a bird and a cat and it's a tough decision, but you will know when the time is right.

I feel so sorry for you and your dog. I've had my dog for eight years and shes as happy and healthy as ever. Just listen to what your vet tells you or go to another vet for a different opinion. Since your dog is in pain try to make it as comfortable for him as possible. Be there for him and pet him. This is not the end i believe your dog WILL get better and you have to believe it too!
