Don't do it. Get a fence instead.

I personally think its a waste of money and time. You spend all this time putting the thing in the ground. Then you put your dog out in the yard attached to the tie out within 10 mins either the tie out leash is caught on the stake or the dogs pulled the stake out of the ground because the product is crappy.

My Grandmother has a run which is a chain on 2 pools and then there is another chain that she can attach the pugs too. It is great because they can run a little and they don't drag her all over. They only go out on it to do 1 and 2

Never under estimate the strength of a pug.

You throw it away.. It's a big screw thing with a chain attached and it screws into the ground so you can tie your dog up and leave it.. It's sort of for lazy people who don't want to put up a fence or don't want to spend the time exercising their dog, interacting with it etc... No difference than tying a chain around a tree and leaving the dog.
