What is a better breed dog, between a beagle and a pembroke welsh corgi

BEAGLE: these are a very popular pet as they are friendly, tranquil and alert. though they are not really suited for urban life. they are good with children but can be obstinate. they average 13-16ins in height and 8-14kg in weight and live for approx 13 years

PEMBROKE WELSH CORGI: this breed make an excellent watchdog.though they are typically not good with children or other dogs.they are also not easily trained. they average 10-12ins in height and 10-12kg in weight and live for approx 12-14 years

after saying this you must consider that these are considered the typical traits of each breed.that doesn't mean that this applies to every dog of the breed as each dog different..this is just a guideline to go by..

also i wouldn't recommend getting two dogs at the same time-no matter how cute they are!

puppies that grow up together will form a very strong bond with eachother.as a result,they are likely to be less obedient, less attached to their owners and more unruly than dogs that are raised singly

is it way better for you(and the puppy) to get one first and train it well and then get the second after a few months

if you get them both at the same time, they will be more interested in playing together than being trained and you will have a hard time.

i assume you already have the pug??

if so i'm sure any reputable breeder will have no problem with u bringing your pug along to meet the new puppy before bringing it home..that way you can see how they get along.

just make sure your pug is on a lead and they are supervised at all times.
