What is a good dog mix with an English Cocker Spaniel2007-11-25 2:52:22

i have a female English Cocker Spaniel, it has an amazing gold color. there is no single spot of white or any other colors .

i want to breed here with an English Cocker Spaniel from the same color, but the problem her in Jordan that i cant find any male Cocker regardless of its color, sometimes i think that my dog is the only cocker in jordan, so i need a help to know the best mix breed for my dog..

Springer Spaniels, American Cockers, Clumbers and most other Spaniels of similar type will produce good Spaniel dogs.

Ask your veterinarian if there are other nice spaniels such as these in his/her practice.

don't mix it!!! there are so many mutts out there...too many. if you want one then just go to a pound a pick out a new doggie. besides, you really never know what you are going to get when cross-breeding.

Another cocker spaniel. Have you tried running a advert in the local paper or putting flyers up in the vet practice etc.
