Iams, science diet, or diamonds lamb and rice. I had a dobe with that problm, a lamb and rice formula from diamond stopped that! Just stay away from wal marts ol, roy! Talk about gas? Your gas company may show up then! Take care!
my vet has said that also the baby mylanta drops are good for the dogs as well.

Hello..well hopefully you've had the dog checked out that there's not anything wrong...they do make foods for dogs with sensitive stomachs ( it'll say so on the bag or can ) & NEVER give him your leftovers... no sneaking him your peas...lol !! Take Care :)
Nature's Recipe has a food for terriers. I wouldn't go Royal Canin until the contamination of many foods incl. that brand gets cleared up, though it is a good food normally and one I would also recommend.
If you are real into feeding your dog healthy safe food, you could buy organic meats at whole foods stores and feed a raw diet. (I say whole foods stores where you know the source of the feed because millions of chickens were fed melamine contaminated recalled foods and then they were slaughtered and put on the market for people. Yum.

it depends on how strong the terrier's stomach is with certain dog food
my puppy had the same problem. the breeder told us to mix pumpkin and goats milk with his food and blend it all together and feed him that. everything is less gassy now.
You just need to keep trying different things until you find a food that agrees with him. My dog eats Pedigree dry food and Banquet canned meat. This is the only thing that he doesn't throw up and keeps the gas down. Grated or mashed carrot mixed with their food is also great for digestive probs.
A teaspoon of yogurt with each meal will reduce internal gas, thanks to the bacterial cultures in yogurt.
