Do you mean a very light golden that looks white? They are very popular now. If they are from a good AKC breeder they will start at $900.00 and up. Make sure that the patents are certified, for eyes & hips.

Golden retrievers are not white, so this is likely the result of a mix breeding. The owner of the mom probably is not familar with the health testing required for Goldens and whatever the other breed used to sire this litter. Issues of hip dysplasia are not uncommon in large breed dogs.
I would certainly ask for a copy of the sire and dam certification for hips from the Orthopedic Association of America. The breeder will have a copy of this rating if it was ever done and should be willing to let you see it. If so, do not consider any puppy from a litter where either parent is rated fair or good. Only ratings of very good to excellent are considered worthy of breeding and less likely to produce dogs that become crippled and require surgery. This disease usually sets in when the puppy is 8 months to 18 months and will cost a couple thousand to re-condtruct the hip.
It is also possible that the dam looks like a golden but is actually, herself, a result of a mixed breed mating. Such matings often produce litters where some puppies look like purebred dogs--sometimes like one of the parents, but sometimes like neither if mixed breeding was done over a couple generations.
Whatever the price is to adopt a puppy from your local animal control would be the top price.

There isn't a white golden... So it's not a recognized colour, it would be maybe $50... Goldens are golden..
