I dont believe in "better" breeds! all dogs have their pros and cons!
Neither, get a pit-bull, they help reduce the human population :)
Pomeranians. Or you could go with a Yorkie or a Lab which are my picks.
Depends on what you're looking for in a dog- which is why one breed a person loves may not be a suitable choice for another.
I personally like every dog.
But chows can be aggressive, and dominant.
As can Pomeranians.
