What is great breed of small dog for apt living2007-11-25 2:52:27

I don't really know if any dog is suitable for apartment living due to space and exercise issues. However IF it was me and i was going to have one in a "smaller" space than usual then i would choose the breed i have now. Lhaso Apso, i would not get a *****/female like i have tho, because you then have the seasons every 6 months or so, which can be messy. Ours has her own knickers and stuff which helps in that department but the added bonus about this breed is they DO NOT MOULT ! yay !! :O) ( so no hair falls out )

Anyway, like i said if you are going to have one i would choose a minature dog of sorts if that makes sense, however all dogs get lonely so if nobody is going to be home all day then i dont advise you get one at all. They need lots of loving and attention and walks etc...
