If you catch him in the act, lously say "NO!" and take him immediately inside. That's all you need to do, saying or doing more will not help.But if you've just discovered that he's peed in the kitchen 10 minutes ago, don't scold him at all because he will not know what he did worng, they can't connect it with what they did 10 minutes ago- they will just get scared of you. There's not much you can do after it's done, but the best way is to ignore the dog and yell "NO!" at the poop in a loud voice, then pick it up with gloves or a paper towel, and then drop it down outside where you want your dog to go, and then praise the poop, like good poop good outside, the dog will follow you around, fascinated, and then sniff the poop right where you dropped it.
