get a warm damp cotton ball and wash area as a mother would do only have the animal in the place you want it to go.

Just take him out every couple of hours. Show him where it is proper to do his business and where it is improper. Scold him when he goes inside, but right away don't wait 5 minutes and be like bad boy because by then he won't think it was from going in the house. And praise him when he goes outside tell him good boy and give him a pet on the head maybe even a treat if you want to. And don't teach him to bark. It's a bad habit that won't break once you get him going.

Okay, so what you want to do..

Take the dog out every 30mins-hour for it to go to the bathroom. Take the potty pad with you, put it on the ground where you want the puppy to go pee or poop.

after awhile, and I mean probably a week, you can probably take the potty pad away...
