What is the breed of this dog2007-11-25 2:52:36

My friend has a dog which she got from a family friend when she was very little and doesn't remember the breed of the dog. We're guessing it's some type of terrier but we're not exactly sure. She's looked through a lot of dog books and online pages and she can't decide what it is. So I wondering if someone knew.

I would have to see it from the side, but it looks like a Silky Terrier from that view.

it does look like some sort of terrier, i'm sure, but if she cant find its breed, then its most likely a mix of a few terrier breeds.

Looks like the dog we rescued out of a dumpster. The vet thought she resembled a yorkie/schnauzer mix. About 15 lbs & very silky hair.
