hey there i think that chows are the best dogs to have. i have 2 now and have always had chows they got along with y other dogs and great with kids.
Golden Retriever. They are very eager to please and will tolerate anything from children. They have almost no prey drive, which makes them super friendly with everybody.
it doesnt matter the breed... its the dog itself. you can have a great dane who is afraid of everything or you cna ahve a rotti who loves to cuddle.. I have a wheaten who i veyr mellow friendly and loving. but thats just him, i also know a pretty mean one too. So do some searching at maybe a shelter and find one that way.. have fun good luck!

It's really hard to say. I would think about a poodle as they are quite friendly and usually get along with other dogs well enough. Besides, poodles are easy to train and interesting to work with. Oh, it's also important to check if the puppy is not too dominating (say, doesn't try to start a fight with all other puppies in the litter and is not too agressive to strangers).
