What is wrong with my dog2007-11-25 2:52:52

My dog and i are sitting on the couch together and all of a sudden he jumps up and freaks out, as if someone pinched hm or something.anyone have any idea what his problem is??thank you

When you say he jumps up and freaks out. Do you mean as in running around and barking? Our Bichons are crazy and do that from time to time. Just out of the blue they will jump up and start barking and running around the house like mad for no apparent reason.

But if your dog jumps up real fast and start rolling on the floor and scratching? You may want to check him for fleas or hot spots.

May have been something you said. That or maybe YOU farted. Dogs don't have to put up with that you know. Maybe you are hogging the TV remote. Try sharing or at least flip on to the animal planet once in a while. Then again, could be the voices in his head. Does your dog have a drug problem?? What about his mother? He could have just been an unfortunate crack baby...
