I think chow/yellow lab mix.

Chows have curly tails and black spots on the tounge.

Yellow labs have the color and build of your dog, as well as the snout. Labs are smart. Chows are moody and stubborn.

I don't see any chow in him. The spotted tongue means nothing, that can occur in just about any dog. My male dog is half golden retriever and half saint bernard and has a spotted tongue. The curly tail means he could have Akita, Basenji (which looks a lot like your dog), Canaan, and a few other breeds. I would lean towards Basenji being one of them though. Here's a pic of a Basenji:

I'd guess a lab/basenji mix. He doesn't seem "fluffy" enough for a Chow, nor does he seem to have other Chow features. Akita's are very large, fluffy dogs, so I think that rules them out here as well. His smaller size leans me towards the Basenji. I own Basenji's, and they often have black spots inside their mouth's as well as on their bellies. My b's are moody, incredibly intelligent, and all have very different personalities.

He looks like a mix of Chow and Labador. Check at the vet or grromer.

I don't see any chow in him and I don't see any Akita in him either but I do actually see some husky in him they have the curled tail and some huskies can actually have floppy ears or it could be the other mix in him. Yes he could also have some basenji in him as well. He looks very adorable and he looks like he knows it too. Ha-Ha.
