What should I do if I witness my neighbor abusing her dog2007-11-25 2:53:07

The poor dog is tied to an old truck in front of the house. It stays there all the time even when the weather is bad. The dog is poorly feed and is abused and hit almost every day. I don't know what would happen to the poor dog if I call animal control. Please help. What should I do?

Answers:

Call the police, and they will give you a number to the humane society if your city does not have an animal control officer. Please do so ASAP!!!

But in all actuality, I would probably just go right over there and snatch that dog myself.
