turn their carcases in, they don't desrve to have an animal,this dog is going to have some human problems,it may never be adoptable in the near future,and its your duty to make sure it never happens again. of course its going to be a long training for a dog or any animal thats abused and starved, It's probably dehydated to alot of expense and work will be cut out in this animal. but sometimes if its caught in time the clinic its sent to will manage. please everyone report
