What should be the body temprature for a dog2007-11-25 2:53:05Answers:
I really hope the first answer wasn't serious. A dog with a temperature of 40F is dead.
Normal body temperature for a dog is 38.0-39.0 celsius (100.5-102.5 fahrenheit)
Chalice
It most probably should be room temperature or higher. well not more than 40 degree celcius.
A little warmer than your finger, to check insert your finger into the dogs rear end (don't forget to spit on it first), if it feels cool than you have a problem, if it feels warm then you're ok
101.5 F
depends on breed and size of animal
as long as it don't burn it wouldn't matter
ask the nearest vet.
Normal is 101=102
101 degrees F
i think it is 101
Chalice... pretty sure that the first poster said celsius, so are you sure you are a vet nurse(whatever that is)?
the normal range would be 100 to 102 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on breed, age, etc.
