Where does the ink come out? lol I would take it to the vet and they make the dog throw up so the poison doesn't hurt the dog.

If the marker says non-toxic don't worry, otherwise call the vet ASAP.
if he ate some and he starts turnin colors on his stomache or starts sleepin to much and laying down not wanting to eat take it right to a vet but if hes all free happy dont be concerned even if he was to get a bit belive me my dog got att like 15 and got some but it didnt harm er
My dog eats all kinds of weird things, he ate a blue marker once and nothing happened, he has eaten computer circuit boards and all kinds of things and he never got sick.
Make sure you monitor his behavior, if it changes to an abnormal, weak mood, take him to the vet. It honestly depends on how much he swallowed. if he ingested a lot, get him to the vet. If just a little, make sure he drinks plenty of water. I'm no expert, so taking him, or calling the vet is all you can really do.

well, first, learn to spell sharpie, and other than that ur dog will or should be fine, just a little ink in it's mouth, but hey, it adds color. you may wanna call a vet just to be safe, but it's nothing really.
if your talking about the dog- make him drink a lot of water and stay out side. your going to have to watch him through out the night just in case he gets sick. just throw away the sharpie
take him to the vet to make sure he is OK and hide the sharpies so he wont find them and he wont get sick

Get him to draw some pictures with his tongue he will probably draw a picture of you dialling 9-1-1 and a caption that says "Dial the phone b i t c h ! My tongue is green!"
