We own a gorgeous 9 year old Springer Spaniel who is still as mad and energetic as ever!

His main habit is running off with cushions! He takes them all off the sofas and makes himself a bed at the other end of the living room - either that or he drags them all into the garden and lies on them! If we have a visitor, the first thing he does is greet them with a cushion in his mouth!

Other than this, he's a very well behaved dog. We tried in vain to get him out of this habit, but now it's just one of the many quirks we love about him,..!

mine is a working cocker spaniel - looks like a springer but a bit smaller and with longer ears but, just as mad!!. After three years, he still pulls on the lead, jumps up at you and visitors, runs away with the ball rather than bringing it back to you, won't always return when you call him. His strangest habit is standing on his hind legs with his front paws resting on the front room window ledge watching the world go by - he will be like that for hours!. I love springer and cocker spaniels - they are such good fun - their slight madness just adds to their charm and their big brown eyes and long ears just makes you forgive them for not coming up to scratch.

One loves to steal the rugs out of the house, another loves to chew apart plastic jugs-like milk cartons, and the last one loves to run up and bite your pants when you are trying to put them on. That is just the main ones, I could go on all day as well but..Thanks for asking!!! DOGS RULE!!!
