You don't need to be certified. Bonded and insured might be a good idea.
I think you might need to get a sponser if you want to advertise. Then you can put adds places. I don't think you need to go to court or anything
I don't know what organization(s) offer certification in dog walking. I suppose if you feel the need to get certified, you should contact such an organization.
Pay me the right fee and I'll certify you. I know it sounds silly, but certification from me will probably carry just as much weight as any other dog walking certificate.
