What to say to my neighbors about their dog2007-11-25 2:53:40

My neighbors have a German Shepherd puppy and I'm afraid they don't give it enough water.maybe even food? I'm not 100% sure, but I was over there for the first time 2 months ago, and we were just talking.then she gave her dog a small bowl of water, and once she finished, she put it up, and said, "I don't leave her water down because if I did, she would be drinking it all the time! And you know what that means.she has to pee, all the time!" I told her that ask any vet and they will tell you to NEVER withold water from you animal. But she just kinda blew it off. It is obvious her and her husband are complete idiots. Also, I often see the dog outside licking a bowl that has 2 sides, for food and water, but it is a cat bowl. I don't know if this is how they feed it, or if they are just leaving it out there in case the dog is thirsty, but still it would do any good since it is just a little cat bowl. My German Shep. has a water bowl 10 times that big and is drinking out of

dont tell them anything. go to the animal police and report them for abuse. if there as dumb as they sound, they shouldnt even b allowed to have a dog.

buy a large bucket and give the dog water.. and feed it too... if they complain,, tell them to call the authorities,, then when the authorities come and she tells them that she doesn't like to give her dog much water SHE WILL BE IN TROUBLE _ NOT YOU
