royal canin has a special chihuahua formula.. its pretty expensive, but good food.

water should be unlimited.. but if its a puppy, then maybe take it away around 8pm, so they wont wake you up in the middle of the nite having to potty.

when i first got my dog, i would have him on a feeding schedule and monitor when he would drink, that way i knew right when to take him out to potty. a schedule makes potty training a whole lot easier.

Regular water (i.e. tap, bottled, whatever) and try the small/toy breed dog food.

If it is a puppy then, small breed puppy food. If it is an adult, then adult small breed dog food. Just regular water is fine but if you are afraid your water supply is contaminated, filter it , boil it or use bottled.

There are feeding guides on the side of the bags that tell you how much and how often to feed.

A good quality dry dog food and regular tap water is fine. Unless you wanna go out and buy bottled water all the time but tap water will be just fine.
