You have to go to the vet, but the main ones are Ace (acepromazine) or Valium (diazapam). Many airlines have to have a letter from the vet if the dog is to be sedated during the flight. Some airlines do not let the dogs be sedated during flight, so you will have to check with the airline.
You have to get it from the vet. The drug and dosage has to be just right or it can stop their heart, so don't give a human medication. Call your vet and tell them the weight of your dog, most vets will do it over the phone and you can go pick it up.
