During the day, she also stays in the crate. After two months of not getting enough sleep, she can finally hold it. She sleeps with me and my husband along with my other dog. Every now and then she would wake me up by licking my elbow or arm (she sleeps on my side) and I would get up and take her out. I take my other dog as well so in case he has to go too. She can also hold it now for over 8 hours during the day (knock on wood).

I know my dog is still a puppy and she will have accidents. She's not perfect and so is my other dog. But give it time. I think you're doing the right thing by crate training your dog too.

As for the toys, try smearing some peanut butter on them. When she starts chewing what she's not supposed to, tell her "NO" in stearn voice and give her a toy with peanut butter.

First of all you should not have a 7 week old puppy. Bad breeder to let you have her before the minimum 8-9 weeks.

To answer your question, try setting your alarm to 3 hours or so after you go to bed. Take her out. If she does not go than take her out again in 3 more hours. Do not let her sleep through it. She might be urinating and not waking up and that is why she is not crying. My pug used to pee in his sleep w/o waking up. It makes potty training harder and it takes more diligence on your part. She will grow out of it and sleep through the night with no accidents. She is VERY young and it is just mainly about that.
