and some good boy names would be:

and I think:

Short names, one or two syllables at the most (spot, rover, joe, bear, tiger, etc.). One syllable makes training and praise easiest.
Dont name it something silly.
Imagine yourself standing in front of a priest, a cute girl/guy, or the president and having to call your dog. You'll feel like a royal idiot yelling, "come here, snookie-wompus".
Someone else just asked this, and I love unique names...nothing like Coco or Bailey.
How about Ellis, Eli, Baylee, Baylor, Eleanor, Wolly, Beazley, Brinkley.
You should have left what kind of dog you have, what color, what size, etcetera.
name him from his characteristics or its personality.for example, a dog that likes to run should be named Runner or Athlete.
