Wire Haired Terriers! They are just great and don't shed. They are full of life and love and a joy to have.

I had two of them so far during the course of my life. I have had a lot of dogs too, but the Wired Haired Terrier is my favorite.

I think you should stick with a short-haired dog, or one that sheds but grows hair all the time. A poodle might be good.

depends on what kind of dog you want, however in my opinion portuguese water dogs shed the least and are the smartest non-shedding dogs. I personally have one because of allergies and they are great! their fur is actually more like hair and does not cause allergic reactions. they are a medium sized dog and are very easy to train. There are two kinds, Curlies and wavies, these refer to their hair. Most are curlies but my dog is a wavy and i think it is much better. hope this helps.
