i have found that using avon skin so soft works great on dogs

and people too. get the spray its easier to use.

whats great is kind of oiliness of it wont harm furniture clothing, etc

I don't know if it is the best - but Igot Ortho Home Defense. You spray it around the outside of your house and it is suppose to kill all bugs that are there now and deter new ones from coming around...including fleas. It seems to be working so far for me.

Okay the best I have found is 7dust..it's for plants, and dog's too. It comes in a 5lb bag about 6 or 8 dollars..any kind of bugs..It works.. Ellen Go to any hardware store and ask for it..

You need to treat your dogs first, then treat INSIDE your house, then worry about outside of your house.

Go to your vet, pick up either Advantage or Frontline products, and get the "flea speech" from the vet or his staff. You'll learn a great deal about the flea life cycle and how to win the war against fleas.

And please ignore the advise about the flea collars. Flea collars suck!
