Answers:Hello, they all train the same way, some just take longer then others ..or some dogs train their owners, but more detailed details are listed on my 360..if you wish ...the crate or space need not be much bigger then the dog..feeding & water twice a day, 15 minutes @ time, the out to the doggie outhouse after about 20 minutes or after a good play...Take Care :)
Crates should be only slightly larger than the dog like a den it would dig for itself. They need to feel warm and safe. As soon as you take it out, then take it out to potty. After it potties, you can feed, play. Then take it out again to go before you recrate. You can get him crate-trained quickly that way.
You didn't say how old your dog was. Small puppies should be fed 5 times a day to avoid hypoglycemia. Older puppies can be cut down to 4 times a day and finally just leave food out all the time for adults.
