I think you ought to take her for a check up. She should not be licking so much. It could be that she's headed towards her first heat. That will make her miserable. If you are not going to breed her and there are so very many dogs in this world I would suggest that you do not add to that, she's probably just about ready to be fixed.

Spaying or neutering your pets it beneficial for them. They don't have the urge to mate all the time and they live longer and healthier lives.

If she is eating her poo. (corporophagea) I may have spelled that wrong, you may want to get her on a better more nutritious food or vitamin like Pet Tabs. There is also a tablet that you can feed her that will make her poop distasteful...as if it isn't bad enough already! Or she could be wormy. All the licking makes me think she mat be. And for goodness sakes! Stop letting her kiss you like that, it's gross and you could get sick too. You can even get worms!

It is instictive for puppies to look behind them in this vulnerable position to check for predators.

She probably looks behind her when she farts because she is not familiar with the noise and genuinely isn't aware it was her.

As for eating her own crap, sorry to say, it may not ever stop. Just be sure that it is always cleaned up. Some dogs do this while most others are repulsed by their own poop. I have a dog that avoids her own, but likes other dog's poop. Ewww!! Just watch her carefully.
