Whats wrong with my chi2007-11-25 2:53:58

If she is over cleaning her vagina, it may be a sign of a problem, so I would watch her to make sure she's okay, but it is normal for dogs to want to keep themselves clean, but she may be overdoing it. Keep an eye on her.

She's perfectly normal.. I had a Shepard who did the exact same thing.. She'd even get up and leave the area she just passed gas at. She did this her entire life. (I lost her at the age of 15) Maybe yours is in the learning phase .(maybe) But when she figures this all out.. maybe she won't like it either and try to leave it behind her too.. From what I've seen with the poop thing. its there for life.sorry.

Sorry, but if you have a dog that likes eating its own poo, there is nothing you can do other than try to train it out of this disgusting habit - but common sense should tell you not to let its mouth touch yours or you could be very, very sick. Even dogs that don't eat poo lick their bottoms to clean them, so you should never touch a dog's mouth with yours anyway.

Some dogs like eating other dogs' poo as well, so you'd better pray ...!
