I have this dog that when he see somebody he piss on somebody, specily if the dog don't see him from long time.

Answers:

he is marking them. why are you letting him do it??

get him neutered and train him not to!!

Get him or her a big stuffed animal, if it doesnt work set up a play date with another dog

IF he lifts legs on your visitors, I would assume he is not fixed. If so, please have him neutered.

Have visitors IGNORE your dog after they arrive.

Make sure nobody greets the dog with high pitched voices.

No straight eye contact, etc.

Instead, have your visitors go into the backyard and start throwing a ball or Frisbee to redirect your dog's behavior.

If your dog is a large dog, please have your dog on a leash before visitors arrive and put him in a sit/stay command.

Get the dog neutered.
