Answers:Wheatens are known for allergy problems -- one vet referred to it as "allergic skin disease" in the quick google search I did.
There have been many articles on Wheaten health published in the SCWTCA's quarterly mag. You might want to check them out:

If the problems in your dog are linked, it's likely through an immune system problem. You really need to contact your dog's breeder and discuss it with them. If they're an ethical breeder, they should be helping you through this.
As for his stomach growling...hey, dogs' stomachs growl. If he's vomited recently, he probably has a stomach ache...thus the activity and noise.
Couldn't you have cut and pasted your question? I'm not going to search for your other post. Man you're lazy for wanting help.
I was really wanting to help you, but I don't know how to find your previous question. You need to edit your question and either cut and paste your previous posting or explain again. I really would like to help your dog if I can.
All breeds of dogs are susceptible to inherited disease. Two genetically-transmitted conditions which have been observed in Wheatens are protein-losing nephropathy (PLN) and protein-losing enteropathy (PLE). PLN involves the loss of protein through the kidneys; in the 1991 survey, there were 2 definite and 3 possible cases of PLN. PLE involves the loss of protein through the intestinal tract; the survey found 4 definite and 5 possible cases of PLE. Symptoms of PLN and PLE include weight loss, vomiting, diarrhea and ascites; diagnosis is complex and should be made in consultation with a specialist. These conditions are serious and often fatal; treatment should follow a specialist's recommendations. PLN and PLE are sometimes seen in the same dog, and most researchers believe the two conditions are related.
Renal dysplasia (RD) has been a problem among Wheatens. RD involves congenital malformation or abnormal development of the kidneys, it is generally seen before 2 years of age. Symptoms include polydipsia and polyuria. No cases of RD were reported in the 1991 survey.
Also, I have read that Wheatens are prone to flea allergies.
