Talk with your vet before you try this, but some dogs with food allergies do pretty well eating boiled rice, chicken or eggs, and fruit/veggies like carrots, broccoli, and apples.

Please have a vet confirm, but it's likely that the puppy's problems are all related and that they're related to his immune system in some way.

sorry about your dog, but wheatens have verry bad problems all there life this is caused by inbreeding and bad breeding. not to be mean but i deal with them all the time and if its not one thing its another and as your dog ages it will get worse.good luck with him but make a notetoself dont ever get a wheaten

I would recommend that you take your pet to see a Veterinary Dermatologist in your area. They are out there, although sometimes hard to find. They should be able to help you with your pet if he has chronic allergies. I would recommend that contact your regular vet with regard to the vomiting and see what he/she thinks with regard to that problem. Good Luck.
