Whats your favorite breed of Dog Why2007-11-25 2:54:00

we used to have one but she passed away 1 1/2 years ago. she was always fun to play with and always is excited to see you. even thogh she was old (15) she acted like she was three. it was sad to see her leave every time i think of her i always get teary eyed because she was such a great famliy dog.

Golden Retrievers because they are very loyal, they make very good family pets, and i think they don't shed, but I'm not sure. I have a poodle/golden retriever mix and she listens well and learns tricks easily. Golden retrievers have great personalities

Cocker Spaniels, because I have one and she's a sweetheart. She isn't just a dog to me, but my best friend. She's my companion, she gives me unconditional love, she's up for anything and we've grown up together!

I have a black lab And he is truely the best dog we have ever owned. We live in an area that has lots of people coming through and he is always friendly. Never jumps. is awesome with kids. We have 2 children and he thinks they are his. Listens well. Let him outside and he doesn't take off ,just lays on the porch in the sun.. I will say that any great dog comes from time spent on them. Dogs are like kids they need constant attention. And exercise is a must

As a type-A person, my paws down choice is the Border Collie. These dogs are known for having that same intensity and work ethic that is classic of Type-A people. I also love the outdoors and am a wash and wear kind of person. How nice, Borders require very little grooming aside for the occasional hosing down, being brushed once and a while and nail trimming. I couldn't have found a better friend in life!

Dachshunds....hands down. I have owned so many types of dogs and loved them all but dachshunds hold a special place in my heart. Never have I had a dog who is so loyal, kind, smart, and funny. You haven't found your best friend until you have known a Dachshund.

poodles.they have such soft fur,dont shed much,are graceful,smart,playful,and most of all,loveable.

Rottweilers. When treated/trained properly, they are the biggest cuddliest dogs ever. But yet, can be protective and are smart enough to know when to be and when not to worry. They don't bark much, but when they do, there's a reason for it. They are so smart and you have to be on your toes when training them. They need exercise but not too much.
