This depends on the bloodline of the Shepherd. Some lines mature faster than other's. Some lines don't mature until almost 3 years of age. If you are talking about height, normally around 12 months of age. But, if you are talking about maturing and filling out, it depends on the lines of the dog. My 2 year old American Show male is done growing in height, but he is not done filling out across the chest.
Between 12 - 18 months.
Large breeds reach maturity about 2 yrs. My Chesapeake retriever is 10 months and he is 95 lbs. He will not get taller, however, he has not fully matured inside. It takes longer for large dogs.
I think mine might be done growing and filling out, and she's 18 months old, but we'll see.
