You don't. See your vet and get her spayed.
You can breed her when she's been temperament tested by the AKC or the ATTS, been trialed in agility, obedience, dock diving, tracking, retriever field trials, when she's been certified for her hips and elbows by OFA or PennHip, been evaluated for correct structure. And the stud must be likewise titled and evaluated. Not ever before. Go down to any shelter and at least 20-25% of the dogs are often black lab and black lab mixes. Be a loving a responsible owner and spay your pet.
Please don't breed her. Look up labs on http://www.petfinder.com to see just a small sample of them that are homeless.
If you won't be swayed, then at least take the time to educate yourself. Go to http://www.learntobreed.com and contact a reputable responsible breeder, (like at a dog show or agility event) and see if they will be able to mentor you.
all i can tell u is please dont breed her there are already thousands of dogs in shelters with no homes that end up dead breeding is wrong and u can go to jail. My mom has a rescue and breeding is cruel. I see so many dogs who come from puppy mills and they dont deserve it. if you want a puppy go to a shelter and adopt but please consider getting your dog spaded so we dont have to see more dogs suffer or end up dead
