2days ago, he met a female big dog. My dog is half yorkshire dog. Few days ago i let him out for a pee, he never returned until the next day. I was sooo worried. Ever since he has been acting really weird. Doesnt come to me or anything. Everytime i touch his neck, he screams/growls or triesto bite. I dnt know know whats wrong with him. please help me.

Sounds like he's got a serious neck injury while he was out running.

he might have been hit by a car and has internal injuries. his neck/back might be really hurting him. take him to the vet.
You need to get your dog to a vet ASAP.
When their behavior gets aggressive like that, it is a sign of something wrong. He may be injured (hence he doesn't want you to touch his neck).

The big dog probably bit him, if he doesnt want you to touch it let him be but if he still is the same in afew days take him to the vets just to get him checked out.
