You can have your pet spayed at age 3 month or older. I would have her spayed before she comes into her first heat, which can be anywhere between 4 and 8 months. Most come in at the 6 month age, but there are a few early and late bloomers.

Now is a good time as long as she is over 3 lbs and up to date on shots. Some vets do it as early as three months some wait until 5 months. It is best to get it done before the first heat cycle if you don't want to breed her.

It depends on how big they are. 6 months is the average, but a little before is okay if your vet is happy to go ahead.
