Answers:Maybe the dog wants to play and keep your hand out of teeth range lol but if not use the paper don't need to hit them too hard just the rustle of the paper works at least on mine it does and follow it with a firm NO
I assume you give her treats quite often? She probably associates your hand being held out, for the concept of being given a treat.
Teach her to wait until you put the treat on the ground, before she can take it. It may help.
hmm...you could try smacking its nose with a newspaper that usually breaks the habit
continously give him/her the command NO when this is done. It has to be consistant or it will not work. If that doesn't work there is always puppy training classes.
I think that your dog thinks that you are playing. I read a book by cesar milan . I gives a lot of great info. Dogs read your body language. Some of the sygnals he sees are not what you are intending.
