Ideally, nowhere. 'Teacup' or 'imperial' dogs are products of irresponsible dog breeders and are a GIMMICK, responsible breeders look down on this practice for a number of reasons.

You cannot gaurantee the size of a 'teacup' dog, genetics doe not work that way. These smaller dogs also have notorious health problems, therefore, legitimate breeders do not want these dogs in the gene pool.

Do not perpetuate this cycle, putting money in the pockets of unethical breeders.
