Where can I find and how florida statute 2005-63 regarding pet laws for disabled2007-11-25 2:54:57

I need to know about the florida housing law statute 2005-63 regarding service dogs for the disabled . I have a disabled tenant at my condo who has a dog that predicts her seizures, it is fine with me that they also have another dog that has been a pet for years. the condo association wants them to get rid of the at least one of the dogs, however i think that because this dog is a medical dog, should not be looked as a pet, please help

and it brought up the complete text. It's the law: This act shall take effect July 1, 2005.

Usually, it's illegal to not allow the disabled their Service dogs anywhere they have to be ... your best bet is to look in a phone book or on the net for a Service dog training center..or a center for the disabled...they will know the laws better then anyone... sorry but sounds like some of your tenants are the problem..not the dogs..to say it nicely..LOL ...TC & Peace
